Growing up outside Houston, TX, Jessica always had a vision of taking her career to the skyscrapers of New York City.
After beginning her Commercial Real Estate career as a Financial Analyst with American Campus Communities, Jessica took the leap of faith in 2006 by uprooting her life in Austin, TX and moving to NYC.
Her passion and commitment towards excellence landed her a position at Real Capital Analytics (RCA). Over her 15-year tenure, Jessica was a key stakeholder in growing ARR from $4mm to $80mm with double-digit CAGR. As the company transitioned from a start-up to a private equity-backed global player, Jessica was instrumental. As Managing Director, she led the implementation of 15+ strategic systems, designed personalized workflows, spearheaded user training initiatives, and introduced a proprietary scoring system based on customer usage and attributes.
RCA's success was undeniable, leading to its acquisition by MSCI in September 2021. As Jessica transitioned the systems and played her part in this shift, a new vision began to form.
In March, Jessica founded Customer-Focused. Her vast experience, not only with Fortune 500 companies but also with four startups, uniquely positioned her to offer bespoke solutions that cater to diverse business needs. Under her leadership, Customer-Focused swiftly onboarded two renowned Fortune 500 clients, set a gold standard in customer success solutions, and revolutionized CRM practices by integrating Gainsight. Jessica's comprehensive Customer Success Process emphasized KPIs, CTAs, segmentation strategies, and regular engagement touchpoints. Leveraging Salesforce, she established in-depth analytics and report systems, forming a bedrock for data-driven strategies and centralized business data within CRM ecosystems.
Now residing in West Palm Beach, FL, Jessica balances her roles as a business visionary and a dedicated mother to her two daughters, Alyssa (9) and Charlotte (6), who both attend Palm Beach Day Academy. Certified in Salesforce, a member of CHIEF, and a proud Texas State University alumna, Jessica's journey embodies tenacity, expertise, and an undying drive for excellence.
